The Job You'll be handling inbound calls from existing members and providing them with an excellent customer experience. We are looking for an outside the box thinker who is able to think outside the box and ready to answer any customer queries. You will be using multiple systems and previous telephony experience is a must! You will need to be confident on a computer and be able to navigate around systems and our in house database. To give you a refresher on your previous customer service experience we provide fully paid training.
This is a full time position working 9am - 5.30pm, please note this will include some weekends.
