Customer Service Representative

Start date: 2nd January 2019

Bootle

£8.10 per hour (£15,795 per annum)

Working hours: 9am - 5.30pm on a rota basis working 5 out of 7 days

The job:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be talking to members about a wide range of issues - from new memberships to renewals, and property and café queries to disabled access and parking. You'll need to be willing to learn and enjoy hitting targets, as well as love speaking to and helping people. Telephony experience in a previous role is essential, with strong customer service experience. We'll train you to deliver a service that is consistent and reliable so that each of your customers feel valued, understood and listened to.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for people who can think on their feet; you never know what questions or issues a customer might contact you with; or they may just simply want a friendly, professional person to support them with their queries.

A real people person, your confidence and amazing communication skills will be the foundation for the rapport you build with customers and a key part of the great service you provide.

What you'll need:

  • MUST have previous telephony experience
  • MUST have a good understanding of using IT systems within previous roles
  • To provide satisfactory references for the last 1 year
  • To have NO unspent criminal convictions
  • To be able to pass a lenient credit check
