If you're an In-House Solicitor based in Glasgow, we have a terrific role for you. We're assisting our client in recruiting bright and ambitious lawyers to join a new team to work with a leading UK retail brand. The legal role comes with a very handsome salary of up to £55k p/a.
The commercial solicitor work will encompass commercial contracts, technology and outsourcing agreements, third party supplier arrangements and other contracts relating to business operations. It promises to be a varied, challenging and engaging role. You will also be working directly with business partners, giving advice and answering questions.
The In House Solicitor work will include:
? Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts as well as providing related advice
? Taking full ownership of contracts, with support from in-house tech teams as well as mentors
? Working closely with other members of the team as well as other in-house legal teams
Due to the single client focus and the nature of the team, this corporate commercial solicitor role will provide greater certainty and flexibility of working hours than run-of-the-mill corporate solicitor jobs.
