One of our civil engineering contractor clients is keen to ensure their business is as robust as possible with regards to quality standards and, as such, are seeking to hire a Business Improvement / Systems Manager paying particular attention to environmental issues.

We are looking for someone with an understanding of the construction / civil engineering discipline with the ability to manage the company's integrated management system (IMS) in respect of ISO45001, ISO14001, and ISO9001. This role is to look at all company systems and ensuring compliance and efficiency at all stages. A specific area of interest is embodied carbon although there are many elements of the business that require review.

To be considered for the role you should have a proven track record in a similar environment and the skills/qualifications to back it up. This is a family run business which retains a strong culture of teamwork.
