We are currently recruiting for a Import Customer Care Administrator to join an established Shipping company based in Liverpool City Centre. You will provide general support for import customers with releases and deliveries.

The job

Uploading documentation to Docushare

Keeping customers updated of charges

Raising invoices

Monitoring multiple mailboxes ensuring enquiries are actioned

Liaise with accounts for the status of customers credit accounts

Handle all inbound queries

Providing quotations

Running multiple daily reports

Liaise with port operations to monitor equipment levels

Receiving and auctioning delivery and release instructions via email

Arranging diversions of cargo when necessary

Reviewing customer rate agreements

Liaise with sales team

Experience

Previous shipping experience

Good customer service skills

Excellent communication skills

Extensive MS Office skills

Geographical knowledge
