Immunoassay Project Leader

This is a permanent opportunity paying competitive salary with added benefits potential for relocation package if required

Search Scientific consultancy is a recruitment partner to an international CRO based in Oxford.

In this role you will be performing the analytics associated with the validation, transfer and development using Immunoassays and responsible for managing multiple projects and a team of scientists.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the development, validation and transfer of immunoassays and bioanalytical methods and leading the sample analysis of projects

Characterization of antibodies

Participate on project work and act as the subject matter expert

Provide updates internally and externally to clients as and when required

Review development and validation data

Responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish

Responsible for to adhere to timelines and priorities as defined by the project plans

Qualifications:

Essential

Degree in Science or equivalent

Previous experience in method development and method validation of Immunoassays

Previous experience in method development and validation using ELSA

Experience in people management

Experience in managing large volume of projects from start to finish

Experience in working according GLP/GXP guidelines.

Ability to read, write and interpret documents such as standard operating procedures and technical reports

Experience in working in a fast paced role within a contract research organization (CRO)
