Our client is looking for a Private Client Administrator to join their offices in Clerkenwell, London. Salary is dependent on experience, but you can expect a competitive rate in the region of £35k-£40k, along with some great company benefits. You'll go through a remote interview and onboarding process due to the current COVID-19 situation in London.
As an attentive administrator, you'll provide exceptional quality administrative and technical support to the Head of International Private Clients, and other members of the team in advisory and professional roles.
Main Financial services duties:
? Client servicing and meeting preparation
? Use appropriate systems and processes to submit new business to providers.
? Preparing documentation for client meetings (including literature, illustrations and forms from providers and pre-complete full application forms and other documents for client signing or approval)
? Liaising with product providers to ensure all applications are received and completed.
You'll be working as Private Client Administrator for 37.5 hours per week in Clerkenwell, between 9 am to 5.30 pm. It will be necessary from time to time to work outside of regular office hours to meet the demands of client meetings. In return, you will enjoy a generous salary and benefits.
The successful candidate will have:
? At last 3 years' experience within the independent sector of the financial services industry, in a relevant admin role.
? Sound technical knowledge covering pensions and investments, all aspects of documentation including Trusts and legal documents, and a good understanding of life policies, protection and the underwriting process
? Experience of using iO or equivalent system to perform an administrative role; knowledge of Transact and international experience will be an advantage.
