We're helping our client find a keen and committed IFA Client Support Specialist in Kent. If you have a background in client support, this could be your ideal job. There's an excellent salary and benefits package to go with it.

The primary purpose of the Client Support Specialist is to process Life, Pensions and Investment related admin, making sure work is managed within reasonable timescales. You will be a crucial part of a collaborative client team supporting the company's IFA professionals and providing high-quality customer services.

Specific responsibilities of this CS job:
? Providing valuation reports for client meetings using various provider websites and by telephone to providers
? Producing client valuations and preparing review packs
? Preparing IFA documentation for client meetings
? Liaising with clients and insurers, and referring unresolved queries to Head of Client Services
? Corresponding with clients and product providers via all media

You will also need your sales head on, to identify possible new business leads from the existing client bank and liaise with clients or financial advisers to maximise sales opportunities. Client Support candidates should have similar customer service experience or a background as a flexible client support specialist. Knowledge of financial products will be beneficial, too.

The hours of work are from 9 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. The job comes with a competitive salary and benefits, including pension, free parking, DIS, PHI, and even an extra day's holiday for your birthday.
