Financial Planning Assistant

I am pleased to assist a high calibre, very professional and highly-regarded, Financial Planning practice in Cheshire in the recruitment of an additional Financial Planning Assistant to complement their friendly and supportive team.

The appointee will be responsible for providing top-notch support to the Financial Planners with all things administration - new business processing, client servicing, producing valuations, obtaining illustrations as well as regular liaison with clients and providers. In this position you will also support the Paraplanning team hence some exposure to product research and suitability report writing will be involved.

In order to be considered for this position, you must have previous experience in the Independent Financial Advice industry and knowledge/understanding of the industry products, procedures and regulations. You must also have great communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

Experience of Intelligent Office back office system and AEGON, Standard Life, Transact and Fidelity Wrap platforms will be strongly advantageous.
