Administrator required for a IFA firm based in Essex. 14 month contract.

The IFA Administrator duties will include;
* Business submission handling including carrying out monthly checks, chasing outstanding requirements and ensuring they are monitored and finalised correctly
* Certify new business submission
* Monitor email inboxes and acknowledge and answer all client emails
* Action provider/client alerts, messages and queries
* Provide support to the Administrator to ensure all documents are scanned
* Ad-hoc queries
* Assist the Head of Administration when necessary with Admin board statistics
* Provide support to administrator with tasks in their absence
* Monitor the SLA targets and report in the senior management
* Assist with commission enquires
* Client Liaison
* Record calls on iO
* Process disinvestment requests
* Deceased client process
