IFA Administrator, based in modern offices in Surrey, competitive basic salary and good benefits

To provide comprehensive administrative support to advisers and paraplanners. Working with two advisers and one paraplanner within a team environment

Produce valuations and quotations.
Prepare interview packs for the advisers

Maintain up to date records on our document management system, Virtual Cabinet
Obtain plan information from providers
Process and track new business applications
Prepare and issue Letters of Authority and track responses
Invoice preparation
Liaise with clients and providers
Have knowledge of and adherence to Compliance Manual, Data Protection Act and Anti Money Laundering legislation
Proven experience in a Financial Services environment, IFA preferable
Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
Effective verbal interpersonal skills
Proven track record in client/customer satisfaction
Strong IT skills
