£18,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits
My client are a boutique Wealth Management and IFA organisation based in the city centre of Nottingham and they are looking to recruit a Financial Services Administrator. They deal only with high net worth or more often ultra high net worth Private clients and as such exemplary service and first class financial advice are the benchmark of this organisation.
Due to expansion I am looking for an experienced financial services administrator to join the company and provide an important function within their successful support team.
The main responsibilities within this role are to ensure client files are fully FSA compliant, processing new and existing business, ensuring all client files are up to date, sending out letters of authority for existing plans, obtaining relevant information from providers and fund managers and to support the paraplanners and technical manager with any other responsibilities. There will also be other ad-hoc support tasks including filing, data input, telephony work and other basic admin duties.
