IFA Administrator, based in Hertfordshire, competitive salary with good benefits

Responsibilities

* Maintain Client information on Intelliflo
* Maintain providers/suppliers contact details
* Maintain optimum stationary supplies and order where necessary
* Process Letters of Authority
* Update Intelliflo with policy information obtained from the letters of authority
* Manage the letter of authority process by keeping a spreadsheet up to date and using tasks
* Prepare standard 1st meeting files
* Ensure that commission statements and invoices are scanned and sent to the Operations Director
* Assisting other administrators when required
* General scanning when required
* Answering the telephone
* Meet and greet guests
