I am partnering with a service led organisation to hire an experienced HRBP on an interim contract.
This new role is a platform to streamline and bridge the gap between its EMEA and International offices.
Responsibilities will include implementing a firm wide people plan whilst taking cultural differences into consideration and reviewing the HR model to identify improvements and reduce risks.
You will be confident in your own ability to influence the HR strategy and align the business across EMEA offices. There will naturally be travel to European sites on a regular basis too.
A well established collaborative approach and with a commercial eye you will bring your HR expertise into this business partnering role. Ideally CIPD qualified.
