About this role
A very exciting role has come up to join busy business based in Sevenoaks as their new HR Assistant.
In this role you will be the point of contact for the HR team for all queries and supporting the Senior HR Officer with the day to day running of the department.
Role: HR Assistant
Location: Sevenoaks
Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience level
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday - Friday and hybrid working. 3 days in the office and 2 at home
Role description:
* The point of contact for HR related queries including absence, family friendly policies, change in terms and conditions, probationary reviews and HR system queries
* Support with the recruitment process
* Support with the onboarding process
* Prepare HR documents when required
* Assist in ER related issues
* Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Bring ideas on the development of HR workflows
Experience and skills required for the HR Assistant role:
* Ideally CIPD qualified/working towards this but not essential
* Our client is open to experience level. No experience in HR will be considered. Equally experience in HR will also be considered
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong academic results
* Excellent timekeeping and able to prioritise workloads
* Able to build rapport with key stakeholders
