HR Systems Specialist (Admin and Analytics)
Our client has recently invested in a new HR system, OpenHR, and is now looking for an experienced HR Systems individual to join the HR Team based in York.
You will be primarily responsible for supporting the configuration, set up and testing of the system prior to the businesses Go Live Launch. You will then continue to configure, maintain and offer system solutions to ensure process and business efficiency as well as implementing additional HR modules such as recruitment, rostering and LMS. You will also be responsible for managing product releases, testing, and implementing new features in Test and Production Environments.
The ability to communicate effectively will be key to your success as you will be involved with end user training, continuing user support and interacting with other teams within HR and across the business. You'll also need to be able to build productive relationships internally and externally as you work with colleagues and suppliers to continuously improve our systems and respond to business demands.
You will have proven experience of HRIS configuration, maintenance and administration having worked with HR practice and processes. The role needs experience of systems, process and solutions focused with a strong analytical mind and exceptional MS Excel ability. You will have strong communications & presentation skills, and the ability to effectively conduct virtual presentations and training sessions.
