If you have a good grounding in HR Admin, but also a healthy bias towards systems and technology, then this role could be ideal for you.
Search HR is working in partnership with a leader in its field to attract an experienced HR Administrator who has advanced Excel skills ( V look ups and Pivot tables etc.), who can easily extract data and run reports as required. The role is not a pure HR systems role however, so you will form a pivotal role to its small yet friendly HR team.
It would be of real benefit if you have worked closely with a HR system when it comes to running reports on aspects such as sickness and absence and providing input for board reports as required. To be considered you will be an experienced HR Administrator with an affinity towards HR and systems, but also able to flex across your HR role and the systems side. In return you will be joining a well established and growing organisation that sees HR as a vital partner to its ongoing success. Ideally CIPD level 3, however not essential.
