Are you immediately available HR professional and looking for your next role in Edinburgh City Centre? Fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Officer lead to join a leading third sector organisation based in Edinburgh City Centre close to all transport hubs for a 6 month FTC. This is reporting into a friendly and supportive HR Lead in a fast paced and friendly atmosphere. This is a full generalist role and will cover all aspects of operational HR and ensuring the organisation deliver a professional HR Advisory service.
Within this role the successful candidate will be doing a full generalist remit and will be there to offer front line support and guidance to all employees, ER caseloads, analysing and reporting data, coordinating between teams such as Finance and payroll and supporting employee well being throughout the organisation.
In order to succeed in applying for this role you will be CIPD qualified, with excellent IT skills and a great communicator who is comfortable at working with stakeholders at all levels. You will also be able to work well within a team setting and prioritise a high workload. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a generalist HR role with a fantastic aptitude of policies and procedures.
