HR Manager - 6 months assignment - Education
Salary: £45k - £55k doe.
Type: 6 months FTC, maybe longer.
This post will offer a suitably qualified HR professional who is passionate about the opportunity to make an important contribution to the success of this education establishment. You will be a trusted advisor to the Principal and school Business Manager.
Dealing with all aspects of HR in the school to minimise resource impact on the Principal/ Leadership team and Business Manager. With the aim of freeing up capacity in other areas.
Work with the school leadership team to develop a sustainable plan to deal with the historic issues around staff culture in the school.
You will be a person who has a level of gravitas to take control of difficult situations and deal with them in an efficient/compliant and respectful manner.
Support any organisational change/restructuring planned in the school.
You will have a relevant degree as well as the gravitas reflective of a senior HR position within this establishment.
Professionals from a background of complex organisations' would be of particular interest.
It is anticipated that 6 months minimum will be needed to bring about a change in the cultural environment needed to ensure this establishment meet the Ofsted standard required.
