Search Consultancy is looking for an HR Manager FTC for 12 months for its ambitious client based outside Edinburgh. As an inspirational figure in the HR department, you will report into the Head of HR and work with a team and a business who really understand the importance of the HR function within a rapidly growing business.
As the HR Manager in Edinburgh, you'll be involved with the full end-to-end spectrum of HR duties, including supporting, coaching and mentoring your team. Within your scope as HR Manager you'll be collaboratively working across the following challenges:
? The recruitment of top talent, which will include travelling to sites and collaborating across teams
? Leading on complex HR cases, conducting investigations, providing ongoing training and general admin duties
? Reviewing all HR policies, job sizing, job evaluation and pay scales
? Analysing HR trends and advising and supporting management on succession planning and restructures within the organisation
The successful applicant will have previous HR Manager experience and will have worked within a fast-paced environment. You'll also have experience of collaboratively managing direct reports in an inclusive and supportive way.
