£25-£30k depending on working experience
Our well-established client based in South Yorkshire with around 300 employees are seeking a savvy HR Manager who has a strong generalist HR background to join the business and support the development of a rapid growing business.
What does the role entail?
As HR Manager you will provide first line support to all staff with HR related issues, create, amend and implement policies and procedures, as well as manage the induction and onboarding process, this will cover the related HR Administration, offer letters and contracts. You will look after the full employee lifecycle which will be with front line staff through to management, where you will keep up to date with employment law and legislative changes. This is not an exhaustive list and will be a fully rounded Generalist HR position as well as having other ad hoc duties and projects too.
Skills and Abilities
- At least 5 years' experience in a HR Management role
- Experience of recruiting for a busy Call Centre
- Previous experience of running staff communication, notice boards, , long and short term absence management, attendance management and training budgets
- Coordinate training with regards to H & S / Management/learning / development / NVQs - Resilient, ambitious and have a determined attitude to succeed
What skills will you have?
You will be a very well rounded HR Generalist who can create a policy as well as amend one too, someone who can take ownership and lead the function, ultimately you will be confident in all things HR, a great communicator and relationship builder as well as someone who is proactive, independent and autonomous, someone who possesses great attention to detail and strong knowledge of UK employment law.
