This medium sized law firm is seeking an experienced HR manager to work in a generalist role and manage the HR function.
This standalone role will see you working closely with the management team and partners within the firm to develop the HR strategy. You will be responsible for HR operations including all aspects of lateral and grad recruitment, employee relations, HR policy creation and review aswell as all administrative tasks.
Previous legal HR experience is key along with a driven and self motivated approach. Upto date knowledge of employment law and a confident manner will put you in good stead for this role.
The opportunity could prove suitable for a Senior HR Advisor seeking their first management role or someone that wants to have their hands around a HR function.
