Search HR are currently partnering with a fast pace blue collar business based in East Manchester to recruit a HR Manager. This is a permanent opportunity paying up to £45k plus car allowance.
Reporting into the Managing Director and managing a team of 2 you will lead the HR Department delivering a best in class service to both the business leaders and employees.
Key Responsibilities will include:
*Develop and implement the HR strategy to support immediate and long term business needs
*Lead and manage the HR team to deliver a great HR Service
*Develop and oversee the training and development
*Manage all ER needs including disciplinary, grievance and absence
*Ensure all HR policies are up to date and fit for purpose
*Engage and work alongside the senior management team to prepare and implement the annual business plan
*Measure, track and improve staff engagement
The suitable candidate for the role will be CIPD qualified and have a proven track record of operating at BP/Manager level. You will be an inspirational leader to the team, and take pride in owning the people agenda.
