HR Manager - Gloucestershire - up to £42K - 12 month FTC
Our client is a global leader in their field with a multi-billion dollar turnover. They are now looking for an experienced and CIPD qualified HR Manager to join their Gloucestershire site on an initial 12 month FTC.
Although a generalist HR role at heart, there are a number of key elements and project areas that will require your focus and thus experience in these areas will be prioritised. The UK graduate program is critical to the future talent pipeline of the business and as such you'll take responsibility for managing this. You'll be a key contact both for local HR contacts and graduates. This could include attending graduate events as well as budget responsibility for the schemes.
Otherwise it is expected that the role will need someone with good HRIS skills (Success factors, ADP) and help act as the liaison point between HR departments and ADP for payroll solutions. Employee relations will also feature in this role and you'll support on high level complex issues and support the SMT with risk assessment. The may be elements of Organisational Development within this role across the 12 months as well as some support with colleagues across areas such as Talent, Development and Reward.
To be successful in this role it is anticipated that you will already be an experienced HRM or HRBP with experience of graduate or early careers recruitment schemes. You'll be CIPD qualified and ideally have an understanding of unionised environments and people management.
