Salary: £53k - £58k + bonus DOE
We are looking to recruit a HR professional who will steer an exciting HR agenda for an extremely fast paced logistics and warehouse operation in Sheffield.
You will be the HR expert managing a small team providing professional support to business leaders. Providing Managers with expert advice on both transactional and change activities in an organisation where change due to the significant growth will be the norm.
Whilst leading on an exciting 'start up' you will be entirely comfortable delivering a front end HR transactional remit which in time will develop into more balanced strategic/operational role.
A corporate business that does not get 'bogged down' with red tape and makes decisions fast to ensure it's customers ecommerce platform deliveries are accurate and on time, every time. An established and reputable business with an annual turnover in excess of £300m.
We are particularly interested in hearing from HR professionals with 3PL experience and an understanding of e-commerce. An understanding and appreciation of logistics start up and accelerated growth would be a distinct advantage. Exposure to complex employee relations, TUPE, Recruitment and HR process is critical. As well as being a 'down to earth' & 'grounded' individual that is focused on practical results.
To be considered for this opportunity, we require the following skills and experience:
* A sound knowledge of HR practice and employee legislation is required to ensure the business remains compliant in its people management
* A breadth of HR generalist experience and knowledge of managing a local remit
* TUPE experience.
* A real passion for 'getting the job done', managing with your team a progressive and very busy transactional remit.
* A relevant degree albeit we would be interested in qualification by experience.
