Search HR is partnering with a small but growing healthcare and social enterprise organisation with offices close to Liverpool who are seeking an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor.

This is a business that has grown rapidly in the last two years, with a clear vision and values. Founded by a group of healthcare and social enterprise professionals who are experts in their field, the company is successful and is now expanding outside of its North West headquartered base. With a multi-faceted business model, this gives a wide range of employee roles across multiple locations. Having managed their HR with external assistance in the early years, the company is now seeking their first HR Manager to operate as part of the management team in a standalone capacity to drive the business forwards.

As HR Manager for the organisation you will report directly to the General Manager and will partner closely with the senior management team which meets frequently. Your first weeks will be fast-paced and varied, with an almost "greenfield site" remit of reviewing and updating all existing policies and procedures, building relationships with your peers and understanding immediate people-related needs. Later, you will be expected to devise and plan the people plan for the growing organisation, research and implement benefits and roll out a performance and appraisal management system. Since the business is rapidly expanding, you will also forecast recruitment needs and devise an appropriate recruitment strategy for the business, whilst also being responsible for people development needs of the employees in the organisation. Finally, as the business grows you may also be expected to lead on HR project related matters and the potential for TUPE activity if and when it is required. As such, this is as generalist as a generalist HR position could be, with enormous scope and satisfaction. The culture is warm, friendly and community orientated, with low level ER case work and lots of room to make the role your own and positively impact the organisation.

This is a challenging operational HR Manager position which will best suit a CIPD certified HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor from a similar regulated and compliant Healthcare, Social Care, Charity or Not-for-profit sector.
