Search Consultancy, one of the UK's leading HR recruitment businesses, are recruiting a Human Resources Generalist on behalf of a global market leader based in Salford. This is a full-time 12-month role which will add support to our clients' agile and inclusive HR team during an exciting period of change and transformation. You'll be rewarded with a salary of up to £28k plus bonus.

The HR Generalist role is a vital role within our global clients' HR team, providing a wide range of support to our two hundred plus colleagues in Central Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning, high performing team who continue to embrace and explore new initiatives to deliver the best support to their internal partners across the business.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide HR admin support and guidance that enables business stakeholders to drive forward the subsequent required actions proactively.

The HR Generalist role is varied; you will have the opportunity to become involved in a wide range of HR activities to help you grow professionally and personally.

Some of your key responsibilities:
* Provision and management of HR Admin
* Reporting and analysis
* Working with the team to provide advice on matters including Employment Law, Employee Relations and Performance issues etc.
* Establish, cultivate and maintain proactive and progressive working relationships within the team and the broader business.

Your HR Generalist background, skillset and motivations should broadly match the following requirements; A Proven background working in an HR administration or a Human Resources Advisory role is essential, and SAP HR experience is preferred as is having an awareness of employment legislation. Being able to measure what you manage is crucial, so you'll be able to discuss your analytical skills and close attention to detail. As you'll touch and engage with all parts of the business, we'll expect you to be collaborative, committed and inclusive.
