Experienced HR Manager or HR Business Partner is sought to step up into this Head of/ HRD role. This is for a 12 month FTC and our client is a well established leading service organisation. This role will see you leading the HR function, so team management experience is key as is the ability to work within a matrix style organisation. You will also have interaction with the wider business so an awareness of European employment legislation, dealing with works councils etc would be useful. You will be of graduate calibre, ideally fully CIPD qualified and with a really good commercial HR outlook.
