HR Data Analyst/Recruitment Data Analyst - East Midlands - up to £28,000
Our client is a global leader within the services sector with a great reputation. Due to expansion, they are now looking for an experienced HR Data Analyst or Recruitment Data Analyst to join them in their East Midlands office in a newly created role.
Reporting through to the senior Recruitment team, the HR Analyst will be responsible for managing the recruitment system (Oracle/Taleo) and creating all reporting and dashboards for the senior management teams. This will include both data and insight for a range of Recruitment metrics to include areas such as pipeline; conversion rates, peaks as well as other value add areas.
The business will look to the HR Data Analyst for expertise on how best to create and manage the data and reporting and what insight is useful. Reports have already been built and the raw data is already there, you will be given autonomy to develop the role.
Our client wants someone to be part of the HR and Recruitment team and fully integrated into it in order to get the best insight into the working and challenges of the department so that you are best placed to help support it and the business moving forward. Therefore they are looking for a team player with exceptional technical skills within HR data, in particular recruitment data, and systems - ideally Oracle Taleo.
Ideally with Oracle Taleo experience, you'll already have a track record of similar roles from other large organisations. This role will give someone the chance to set up a role from scratch and as such the ability to work proactively is essential.
