HR Analyst - Remote/East Midlands - up to £32,000

Working as an expert HR Data & MI Analyst, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering HR reporting and dashboards across and on behalf of an inclusive and successful company. You'll provide analysis and articulate trends, opportunities and recommendations to encourage efficiencies. This will be a standalone role reporting into the Head of HR Shared Services. You'll work remotely / from home but will need to be able to travel to East Midlands Airport and on occasion Middlesbrough. All travel expenses are covered.

If you'd been working in this HR Data & MI Analyst role last week, earning £32,000, you might have:
? Developed a suite of dashboards to achieve improvements across key performance indicators
? Provided practical analysis of data, clearly articulating observations, trends and recommendations
? Worked closely with key stakeholders to understand and deliver reporting requirements
? Proactively reviewed and analysed data to inform the team on opportunities for improvements and to enable effective decision making

What we're looking for:
You should have experience in a similar HR Data or HR MI Analyst role - either in a temp or perm capacity - have an eye for detail and a flair for admin. You'll be highly organised with a comprehensive knowledge of Oracle B and an in-depth understanding of Oracle Taleo and HCM. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also required.
