Are you an experienced HRBP with a passion for Employee Engagement looking for a new role? Would you like to work for an organisation which make a positive difference to people throughout Scotland? This is may be the perfect role for you!

This third sector organisation are currently looking for a HR Business Partner for a 12 month FTC in order to lead the Employee Engagement and wel-l being arm of the organisation. This role boasts a great atmosphere to work in, an office on the outskirts of Edinburgh city centre with great transport links and working with a supportive and collaborative HR Team. Due to the travel involved you will need to be able to drive with a clean licence.

Within this fast paced and varied role the successful candidate will be doing the following - coaching and motivating staff and management throughout the organisation. This is to ensure a positive and collaborative environment as well as supporting the managers through training on coaching staff, people management and when complex and sensitive HR issues arise. You will be building a positive environment through strategic change such as modernisation of policies and procedures as well as promoting of the values of the company. You will also be taking the lead on projects, working complex ER investigations and analysing data trends to help with engagement, attrition and workforce activity. This is a varied generalist with a focus on EE role so you will undertake many duties ensuring the well being of the staff that work in the organisation is paramount.

In order to succeed in securing this role you will be a member of CIPD, experience working within a multi site organisation with experience of change management and employee engagement initiatives. You will enjoy training and coaching and be a role model throughout the company for HR and best practise. The ideal candidate will have experience within a public sector organisation, form relationships easily with a positive and professional outlook in work and in life. This 12 month FTC is with a wonderful organisation and reporting into a fantastic Head of HR and supported by a passionate HR team.
