I am currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic well known brand for a true HR Business Partner who will look after 2 sites in Scotland and will be based in the office in North Lanarkshire. This organisation has went through an HR restructure and you will be working alongside a fantastic wider HR team along with 2 direct reports. This HR Business Partner role is part of the wider leadership team and is the most senior role in Scotland so experience working at a senior HR level is key as the HRBP will be instrumental in driving and guiding the new people strategy forward.
Within this role you will be doing a full generalist remit focusing on the bigger strategic picture, developing not only your direct reports but challenging and coaching the wider senior team . You will be upping capability levels throughout all areas of the business along with talent management, succession planning and driving employee engagement across the board.
In order to be considered for this role the ideal candidate will need have experience working at a senior business partner role within a fast paced environment as well as experience working and building relationships with Trade Unions. The perfect candidate will have a positive can do attitude who will show resilience and really wants to make a positive impact across all stakeholders and make a difference!
