If you have a good operational and commercial HR nose, then this HR Business Partner role could be what you seek. Our valued recruitment partner is a diverse and highly successful service organisation. The need has arisen to strengthen its HR team by appointing an individual who has a solid generalist HR background, but who is also able to initiate and influence change management initiatives. You will also need to be an effective coach able to develop managers capability to help reduce line manager hand holding, but also be able to work on own initiative and handle ambiguity at times. The key to the success in this role will be your ability to build superb working relationships with the business and the senior leadership team. This is a role where you can demonstrate what good HR looks like and you will be responsible for delivering high HR value to the business. So, why this role?
