Search Human Resources is currently partnering with a large blue collar business based in Corby to recruit a HR Business Partner. This is a permanent role paying up to £55k plus benefits.
Reporting into the People Director and managing a team of two, you will work closely with the leadership team to influence the people/business strategy.
Key Accountabilities will include:
*Organisational Design and Development - Build organisational and people capability in the business
*Resource and talent planning- Highlight long term resource requirements and manage talent plans in the business
*Learning and talent development- Coach, guide and support managers in managing their people
*Performance and reward- Drive a performance management culture that encourages excellence in the business
*Employee Engagement- Champion engagement within the business
*Employee Relations- Be the subject matter expert on ER cases and build lasting relationships with managers in the organisation
The suitable candidate for this role will be operating at HRBP level; you will also be CIPD qualified and have experience of working in a fast paced ever changing environment
