We are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to work nationally across a multi-sited global organisation. Through hard work and desire the business has grown over the past few years, expanding the offering from their current divisions.
The role is a broad strategic position which will cover multiple sites across the whole of UK and the Netherlands. You will partner with the Operational Directors and Senior stakeholders to ensure that HR is at the forefront of the businesses decisions and offer insight and knowledge from your strong relationships built within the workforce. You will be asked to help, build and shape the strategic direction of the business whilst also rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in the transactional day-to-day, working across the whole employee lifecycle.
You will have the gravitas and experience needed to work cross functionally over multiple divisions and will be able to juggle the daily challenges of the role whilst offering insights and opinions on how to improve in the future. CIPD qualified you will have a track record of delivering within a senior HR role. Hard working, resilient and the ability to be a good relationship builder will be key attributes needed to do this role justice.
