Urgent requirement for a multi site HR Business Partner to join our client a leading service organisation. This generalist role will see you supporting managers and staff at some of its key sites within the UK, so a willingness to travel is essential. For your first 12-18 months in the role you will be focused on delivery of HR support and significant levels of "transactional HR," you will be required to focus time and energy into building relationships, coaching, training, developing, and managing managers and the wider business community up and down the region and prepare them for a new business approach to HR and people management.
A solid generalist HR background and a strong commercial outlook, evidenced by a prior success in a similar role, preferably gained within a service industry setting
To be considered you will have strong, practical knowledge of 'best practice' HR principles and procedures, along with a good understanding of employment law, TUPE and employee development
Excellent communication and relationship building skills, coupled with the strength and flexibility to adapt and deliver results within a changing and challenging environment Ideally CIPD level 7, but flexible.
