HR Advisor; Permanent; South Manchester based; Salary up to £35k
The Search HR & Development team are pleased to be supporting a global Manufacturing business in the search for a HR Advisor to act as an important figure within their wider HR function. Reporting into the Site Manager, the HR Advisor will be involved with the full end to end spectrum of HR duties, including carrying out the day-to-day generalist activities, recruitment campaigns and will take the lead on key HR projects. The successful candidate's core duties and responsibilities will include (but by no means be limited to):
*Management of a complex and diverse employee relations case load through to outcome;
*Coaching and guiding managers through policies and procedures;
*Effectively manage, organise and run end to end recruitment campaigns
*Supporting with TUPE, redundancies and / or restructures within the business
*Organise and redefine HR policies, including GDPR processes
*Leading with key HR projects such as talent, succession planning and engagement
*Previous HR Advisor level experience;
*CIPD level 5 qualified or above;
*Excellent UK employment law experience;
*Working knowledge of mergers & acquisitions;
*International / complex business experience desirable
Practical previous HR Advisor / Generalist experience is essential. The successful candidate will also possess excellent I.T skills (being competent in using Microsoft packages such as Excel) and will be confident and articulate enough to communicate with all areas of the organisation, as well as the HR team and Managers.
