HR Business Partner Lincoln £33,000 to £35,000 12 month FTC
Our client is a hugely respected organisation based in the heart of Lincoln who are now looking to appoint and experienced and CIPD qualified HRBP to help provided cover (for maternity) for 12 months
Working as part of a wider HR team, you will provide support, advice and guidance to managers and staff of a number of specific business units. This could include a range of generalist activities both pro-active and reactive.
As HR Business Partner you will support with everything from legislation and policy, through to OD and ER. You'll need to balance the needs of the organisation with employment law and employee rights.
To be successful in this role it is anticipated you'll have a broad generalist background and ideally will have had exposure to a large complex organisation. Experience of working with trade unions would be a benefit as would operating in a business partnering capacity.
