HR Business Partner - West Midlands (with travel) up to £50K + car + bonus

Are you an HR professional looking for a fantastic new role? We're delighted to be working with a client in the West Midlands - a well-known brand with an excellent HR team that's looking for an HR Business Partner.

This HR Business Partner role is part of the broader Executive team. It is the most senior HR role within the division, so experience at a senior HR level is critical. Based in the West Midlands, it comes with a highly attractive salary of £45,000 to £50,000 + car and bonus as well as a wider benefits package.

In this HR Business Partner role, you'll be in charge of operational and strategic HR management for the company's workforce. You'll need to be motivated to deliver on the strategic goals of the business. The successful candidate will earn up to £50,000 plus car and bonus.

If you were already up and running in this inclusive and progress business, last week you would have:
? Enabled the business to achieve its goals through inspired management, succession and talent acquisition
? Provided full HR consultancy to the company and your business partners
? Championed HR initiatives across the region and acted as a representative for the HR function
? Worked towards creating a culture of agility, collaboration and change

You'll act as the primary interface with senior management & COO in the region/businesses and contribute to the delivery of overall business goals. The successful applicant will be an HR professional with experience in senior HR roles, and experience building relationships with Trade Unions.

You'll need these HR Business Partner skills and qualifications:
? Sound up-to-date employment law knowledge and an understanding of its practical application
? Ideally a recognised CIPD Certification
? Advanced IT skills for communication and documentation
? Management and collaboration skills
