HR Business Partner - Swindon - up to £45K + bonus
Our client is a global manufacturing organisation with almost 150,000 staff. Due to growth they are now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support an important site in Swindon.
Reporting to the site Director of Operations and will a dotted line through to European HR, your role as HRBP will be a varied one and will in equal measures incorporate operational HR as well as HR strategy as part of the senior leadership team.
As such our client is looking for forward thinking, proactive HR Business Partners who have a desire to enact change and help make a difference. The ability and willingness to roll your sleeves up and deal with any ER issues is important, however you must also be able to add value to the senior leadership team and support from a people perspective with the site goals.
You'll need to be a strong generalist at heart and have a sound knowledge of employment law and the ability to deal with all kinds and levels of ER. You'll also need to work proactively on areas such as development, succession, talent and coaching. Ultimately you'll be driving forward an existing high performance culture and such will need to be able to coach, mentor and develop managers to raise capability.
Due to the nature of the site you are supporting, experience form within a manufacturing environment is important and any knowledge of supporting lean manufacturing principals would be welcomed. It is expected at this level that you will ideally be CIPD qualified. Occassional ad hoc travel to other sites may be needed.
