If you're an experienced Human Resources Assistant looking for a permanent role as an HR Assistant working for our renowned national client in their busy HR department in Macclesfield, this full-time role, paying up to £22,000 per year, is the perfect opportunity.
Passionate about building relationships and getting the best from a human resources team, you'll be based in Macclesfield so you must be within a sensible commutable distance. This HR role is ideal for candidates looking to build on their previous HR experience within an inclusive and collaborative national business. You're a committed team player who promotes a positive and empathetic mindset.
The successful candidate's core duties and responsibilities will include managing the full administrative employee lifecycle, effectively managing and organising recruitment, including liaising with agencies and internal stakeholders, advertising roles and sitting in on some interviews where required. You'll also be updating employee details and requests, such as holiday, flexible working and paternity & maternity.
You'll be happy to manage a varied workload, solutions-focused and an independent decision-maker.
Are you qualified?
* You'll need a minimum L3 CIPD qualification.
* You'll have relevant working experience in a similar HR Assistant role, ideally in an SME environment; however, this isn't essential.
* IT skills - competency in using Microsoft packages such as Excel.
