Job Title: HR/Recruitment Advisor
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
Location: Leeds/Huddersfield
Medium sized organisation

Minimum of 30 hours/ 4 days per week up to full time.

A specialist within their sector and an instantly recognisable name and organisation, this client are experience a busy time and are looking to grow the team by adding an additional HR and Recruitment professional into the function.

It would be highly thought of if you had exposure to Legal/Professional services HR/Recruitment knowledge , but we will consider industry HR professionals looking to move to the sector.

Working alongside the HR Manager developing into a more generalist HR role.

Based at the office in Huddersfield or the Leeds City Centre office. Must have own car as the role involves regular travel to offices across the region.

Must haves:

Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle.

  • Build and nurture a talent pool of active and passive candidates
  • Updating the Applicant Tracking System
  • Reduce reliance on external recruitment agencies and prioritise which positions, if any, need external support
  • Acting as first point of contact for hiring managers, building strong relationships
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at all contact points in the process
  • Source and approach candidates through use of various online platforms. Identify new means of targeting suitable candidates, taking into account return on investment
  • Act as a point of contact for resourcing issues and matters
  • Arranging interviews
  • Raising employment contracts and new starter paperwork
  • Managing the on-boarding process, to include initial induction
  • Maintaining and driving the employer brand
  • Assisting in the continuous improvement of Resourcing and HR processes in a positive and constructive way
  • Reporting & producing ad hoc MI reports as required to identify trends and patterns and use this insight to make improvements
  • Provide general HR administration support

My client is looking for somebody with experience of delivering key change processes across and organisation who can work alongside a range of external bodies and consultants, whilst also ensuring their full type staff are able to approach them as a helpful figure.

Finally, the perfect candidates will be a committed individual who is able to demonstrate use of initiative and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
