HR & Payroll Assistant; £22,000 per anum; Permanent; Manchester based
Search Human Resources is currently partnering with a key client to recruit a HR and Payroll Assistant. This is a permanent opportunity working as part of the wider HR Team and reporting into the HR Manager. The ideal candidate will experience of working within a fast paced commercial environment.
* Previous HR/Payroll experience within a fast-paced environment
* Can both implement/improve administration processes
* Speak and advise employees of the company's policies, procedures and benefits
* Generate all HR documentation such as contracts, probation letters, salary changes,
* Assist with employee sick pay and all involved documentation
* Support the recruiter for the admin and coordination of the recruitment.
* Maintaining monthly submission spreadsheet and full audit trail
