Are you an experienced HR Advisor or Assistant looking for a new part time role? Are you looking for a change of pace and a role ideally within the third sector? The organisation are flexible in terms of hours too! The ideal candidate will need to travel throughout Scotland due to multi sites. You will be working with a small close knit team of 4 and will be reporting to a friendly and dynamic Head of HR. This role comes with a flexible approach and benefits such as free parking.
This is a full generalist role and duties will include supporting the wider business implementing processes and policies, leading projects with the BP, all aspects of employee relations and employee life cycle. along with HR based training across the groups and managers within the organisation. Ideally you will have experience working within a unionised environment and change management.
To excel within this role you will need to be CIPD (or equivalent) qualified with experience within an Advisory role. You will be a confident and organised individual who is able to converse with all levels of the organisation. Within this role you will need to work within an organised and flexible manner as you will be working towards deadlines. As you will be expected to travel and a clean driving license is essential.
