Salary: £32,000 + bonus + benefits
Search HR & Development are currently supporting a progressive and growing organisation in their search for their next Senior HR Advisor. Our client, a global services business, is looking for a strong generalist to help bridge the gap between their central services and people partner teams. A basic salary of £32,000 is on offer plus a bonus and benefits package including competitive holiday allowance, pension scheme & group life cover.

Based from their Rotherham or Sheffield branch, you'll be the secondary point of contact for Line Managers. All operational ER matters are dealt with through a dedicated shared service function and it will be your job to support this further, taking a lead on the more complex advisory work and providing remote & on-site support to managers when needed.
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you'll need to have:
* Significant experience at HR Advisor level, ideally within a fast-paced shared services environment
* Excellent employment and case law knowledge
* Demonstrable experience in managing complex ER cases including dismissal and employment tribunal claims
* The ability to build key relationships at all levels
* CIPD qualification
