HR Advisor - FTC
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £30k - £40k DOE
Type: FTC until the end of July 2019

This post will offer a suitably qualified HR professional who is immediately available the opportunity to make an important contribution to the success of this impressive organisation. This role provides generalist variety and the opportunity to add value by supporting leaders and managers in a wide range of HR matters. The role will be involved with project work and change management but will also have responsibility for a file of case work dealing with ER matters.

You will thrive in a fast moving and intellectually demanding environment and enjoy having the autonomy to present innovative solutions rather than problems. We are seeking someone who is flexible, able to critically analyse situations and make decisions, and who possesses an ability to work collaboratively with a wide range or colleagues from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines. You need to have the analytical ability, coupled with the communication and interpersonal skills, to build effective relationships and ensure high quality service delivery.

Preferably educated to Degree level and CIPD accredited. Your knowledge of employment legislation will be current as will your application knowledge. In this role you will be expected to influence key people in the organisation and communicate in an articulate manner
across a group of Key stakeholders.
