My client, a large manufacturer is looking to bring their next HR recruit on board for a 6 month fixed term contract.
Within this position you can expect to deal with various employee relations cases with a particular emphasis on disciplinary and grievances as well as handing the full recruitment process for the company. This would involve liaising with agencies, communicating with various managers in the business on specific roles, arranging interviews, creating contracts etc.
Day to day HR administration is a big part of the role, meaning there will be the requirement to type up letters, put new starters on the system and complete reference checks to name a few.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Advisor who will be able to come in and hit the ground running with a short term FTC. To be successful in this role, employee relations and recruitment experience is essential as the role is heavily biased to these two areas. Personality and organisation fit is key as the team are close knit, you can expect to join a very friendly and supportive working environment with my client.
