Urgent requirement for an experienced and commercially aligned ER biased HR Advisor to join this leading service organisation. You will be working closely with managers supporting them with accurate up to date employment law solutions on all ER related matters and dealing with associated casework and some at times complex ER issues.It is essential that you are as up to date as possible on employment law as you will be seen as the go to person. This is a six month FTC so you should be either immediately available or available at very short notice. Flexibility will be needed too as there will be some occasional travel, but this will be relatively local so no over night stays. Ideally CIPD level 5 however not essential.
