Based in Edinburgh and looking for a new challenge in HR? This well known legal firm are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their fast paced and friendly team on a full time permanent basis. This gorgeous office is based in the city centre with great transport links and fantastic places to grab lunch!
This is a full generalist HR role and duties include: Managing the recruitment cycle across all areas of the business as well as the graduate recruitment process for the firm. Absence management, disciplinary, grievances and capability along with other areas of ER such as settling disputes and being the first point of contact and assisting through reviews. The successful candidate will also take part in training programmes, the equality and diversity programme, data analysis and ensuring communication across the business is flowing freely. This is not exhaustive and you will be expected to work other aspects of the role as required.
In order to be successful in applying for this role you will need to have experience working within a professional services environment, work and communicate well with the team as well as experience in recruitment processes and capability management. Level 5 CIPD or above is needed along with the drive and desire to do the best for the firm throughout your career.
