This opportunity, based on the outskirts of Aberdeen is for an HR Advisor and the company boasts great values, an amazing benefits package and autonomy within the role. You will also be working with a great manager and supportive HR team across the UK.
Within this role you will have no direct reports and you will be the first point of contact for all HR queries, working though ER caseloads - absence management, grievances and performance management as well as liaising with training staff across the business. This organisation are always open to change and always open to reviewing policies and procedures in order to improve the daily functions. Recruitment is an area you will also be looking after and you will be expected to be a part of the process in terms of interviews and selection.
In order to be successful in applying to this role the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience within a generalist advisory role, with a great grasp of UK employment law and ER experience. You may need to travel at times though out Scotland and experience working within Oil and Gas/Engineering or shipping would be desirable but not essential. You will also have fantastic organisational and communication skills coupled with a highly professional manner and at least be an associatemember of CIPD.
